MZ3 is based in Perth Western Australia and has 5 employees.

MZ3 has been designing and manufacturing customised automated machinery for the West Australian market since 1999, timber floor panels and timber stairs since 2008 and producing resorcinol resin since 2009.

We really do believe the customer is always right!

MZ3 has a long term outlook and believes in long term relationships and we want to help our customers become successful and come back regularly.

We also believe that as a society we need to learn to live more sustainably. One way to achieve this is by using renewable such as timber and not mined resources which are finite.

Therefore one of our goals is to
 “help build a society based on wood”.

In accordance with our vision we have developed a timber floor panel and sell these in kits for industrial mezzanine floors or lofts. This now a small but regular part of the business.

We also manufacture and distribute Resorcinol resin, a proven, high strength, waterproof structural timber adhesive. Customers use Resorcinol for marine (rudders, yachts), high strength exposed structural timber, composite panels, glu-lams, pedestrian bridges and aircraft.

MZ3 designs and supplies automated machinery for the timber fabrication industry to help timber compete with non sustainable materials. We have built computer controlled multi cut wood saws, picker placers, nail plate presses and timber testing machines. This is now the bulk of our business.

Recently MZ3 has helped some customers develop new products and MZ3 will design, supply and operate automated machinery on a piece rate to make these products. We believe this will be a large part of our business in the future.
